Just an hour's drive from the BabinDvor eco-village, and you are at our small branch in the village of Radchenko in the Tver region on the banks of the Volga, or more precisely, on a canal flowing into this majestic river. Here, 5 meters from the shore, is a two-story cottage with an area of 160 square meters, with direct access to a private dock. The waterfront house can be rented entirely for a company of up to 12 people or separate apartments for a family of up to 6 people. Both daily and long-term summer rentals are available. When booking apartments or the entire cottage, guests are provided with a place to park a boat, motorboat, or jet ski. Your vessel will be moored just 5 meters from the entrance to the rented accommodation. Here, guests can fish, barbecue, and enjoy the beautiful view. By crossing or swimming across the canal, you will find yourself in a stunningly beautiful pine forest full of mushrooms and berries.

The house on the shore consists of two apartments, which are two-level "luxury" suites of 80 square meters each, with a separate entrance, private dock access, and a balcony. The suite can be rented separately or the entire cottage as a whole.

On the first floor: entrance hall, bathroom, spacious kitchen-living room with access to the dock and barbecue area.
On the second floor: bedroom with a magnificent view of the river and forest, access to the balcony.

The house is fully equipped for comfortable living: air conditioning, refrigerator, stove, kettle, microwave, dishes, bed linen, towels, modern furniture, and barbecue grill.

The canal where the house is located is navigable. Small boats up to 2.5 meters wide can navigate here. About 800 meters from the house, the canal flows into the Volga. There is plenty of space for water adventure lovers to turn around. As is known, from the Volga by boat, you can reach anywhere. Going upstream in 2-3 hours, you can reach Tver. Downstream, Konakovo, Dubna, the Ivankovo Reservoir with magnificent sandy islands covered with pines. Further, you can go along the Moscow Canal and, if desired, reach the center of the capital, or after passing the lock, continue the journey along the Volga.

The rental price for two-level apartments with all amenities and a parking space for a small vessel included is 18,000 rubles per day. When booking for a period of 10 days or more, a 50% discount is offered.

For those who do not have their own water transport, we offer an exciting excursion on a comfortable speedboat, which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You will see the most beautiful Volga shores from the water. Depending on the tourists' choice, stops and landings can be made at:

• The Christmas Church in the village of Gorodnya, where you can climb the bell tower and ring the bells. From here, there is a mesmerizing view of the river and surroundings;
• The Ascension Orsha Monastery;
• The embankment of the city of Tver, where there are many ancient attractions;
• Islands or deserted shores for swimming and relaxation;
• The resort complex "Zavidovo" with its magnificent promenade, restaurants, and the largest water park in Europe.
