Cottage "With Bathhouse" №1 is a large and quite spacious two-story house with a total area of 160 square meters. It can accommodate up to 15 people simultaneously. On the first floor, there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a shower cabin, and a Russian bathhouse on firewood, as well as a bedroom. On the second floor, there are 4 more rooms, a balcony overlooking the forest and the pond, and a second bathroom. Guests can prepare their meals in the rented cottage with a kitchen. The house with a swimming pool can be rented by the day or for a long-term stay.

On the house's veranda, there is a bathhouse-pool, heated by a stove on firewood. The water used for it is purified by special filters and disinfected before each session. How pleasant it is to sit in warm water at a temperature of 40 degrees, enjoying the beautiful landscapes, sipping tea with friends or your significant other. The bathhouse is designed for a company of 6-8 people. Up to 15 people can stay in the house, while only 8 can enjoy the bathhouse.

Near the house, there is a pond where you can fish for free, a forest, and a beautiful lawn. Fishing rods and other equipment are available for rent.
