This cozy house with a small bathhouse inside is built from solid logs. It can be rented for a day or for a longer period. The two-story cottage of 165 square meters is located on a separate plot of 14 acres with access to the pond and the possibility of fishing. On the plot, there is a separate 3x4 meter gazebo, a barbecue area, parking, and a lawn.

The house with a bath can be rented for a day for a company of up to 15 people. The use of the bath is included in the rental price. The steam room is heated with firewood, which is provided in sufficient quantity upon arrival. If additional firewood is needed, it can be purchased separately. The bath can accommodate up to 4 people at the same time. Therefore, for those who want to enjoy the bath with their entire company simultaneously, it is suggested to additionally rent the bath complex for several hours.
