The cottage consists of three bedrooms, a spacious living room combined with a kitchen, a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishes for cooking and serving meals, and a sauna. Each bedroom has two beds, and it's also possible to add an extra bed.

When booking, a security deposit of 7,000 rubles is required. In case of no-shows or property damage, this amount will be retained as a guarantee payment and will be returned upon the guest's departure if there is no damage to the property.
