A small cottage with an area of 20 square meters is located directly over the water. Very convenient for fishing enthusiasts and those who enjoy water activities. The layout corresponds to a standard hotel room. Designed for two guests, with the possibility of one extra bed.

The house includes: a double bed, a fold-out sofa, a TV, a minibar, and a kettle. Nearby there is a barbecue area and access to the water. The cottage is part of a spa complex, so use of the year-round heated outdoor pool, plunge pool, and bath complex is included in the rental price.

Also included is a delicious breakfast made from farm products of our own production, served from 9:00 to 12:00 in the "Rustic" restaurant for all guests. For the use of an extra bed, an additional fee of 1,000 rubles is charged. The rental cost is 10,000 rubles per day. Renting this house for New Year's and Christmas holidays is available for 20,000 rubles per day.
