Tips for Daily House Rental Without Intermediaries
When choosing a house for daily rental, we recommend visiting it in advance to avoid disappointment on the day of rest. Often, photos and descriptions of the property do not match reality. Pay attention to access roads, especially in winter. In many dacha settlements where houses are usually rented, roads are not cleared of snow in time.
Avoid intermediaries when renting cottages. All fraudulent schemes with real estate go through intermediaries. Direct communication and contract signing with the house owner is a guarantee of a safe deal. You also avoid paying agency fees.
If you want to rent a house for a party, look for a cottage with a simple interior, without expensive furniture and tableware. An inventory of the property should be provided. Anything can happen during a celebration. The person who signed the contract will be responsible for the actions of all guests in the house.
Sign a contract clearly outlining the rights and responsibilities of both parties, as well as check-in and check-out times. Pay attention to the clause regarding tenant responsibility for property damage in the rented house. This responsibility should be proportional.
Before making a deal, ask the owner what to do if an emergency occurs in the rented house, such as a burst pipe or broken faucet. Renting an expensive cottage for a wedding or party somewhere on Rublevka, you will worry that your guests might accidentally damage imported furniture or exquisite dishes. After all, you will be responsible to the owner. Of course, you should treat someone else's property carefully. By building and furnishing our wooden cottages specifically for rental, we have considered everything for a comfortable stay while keeping the interior simple, durable, and affordable. Almost all the furniture is made of solid wood by our own craftsmen. It is hard to break, but if it happens by accident, we will fix it without affecting your wallet. Each house is equipped with affordable, yet quality and functional dishes to match the number of guests. If you plan a wedding or another celebration in a cottage, we can set up a banquet table with special dishes.

Check-in at 17:00, check-out by 14:00. The last working day is charged at the weekend rate.
Rent a House Daily or Stay in an All-Inclusive Hotel?
What’s the difference? Primarily in price. A stay in a 3* Moscow region hotel offering all-inclusive accommodation costs at least 5,000 rubles per day per person. For this amount, you will get a standard room, three meals a day buffet style, and the opportunity to use the pool, sports grounds, and other hotel infrastructure for free.
Renting a cottage for the weekend, of course, costs more. But no one rents a countryside house for themselves alone. This service is in demand for large groups of friends or families with children. You can rent a house for 30,000 rubles per day for a group of 15 people in the "BabinDvor" Eco-Village. Thus, the price per person per day will be 800-1500 rubles, which is 3-4 times cheaper than an all-inclusive stay.
Of course, by renting a cottage for a large company, you should not expect 5-star hotel service. Here you won’t get multiple towels for each guest, there are no disposable toothbrushes, shampoos, bathrobes, and slippers, no breakfast buffet, daily cleaning of cottages, or other services that increase the cost of the stay. All this can be brought with you, purchased for an additional fee at our shop, or you can order a wonderful breakfast of farm products, lunch, dinner, a banquet, or individual dishes for a large company in our restaurant.
We have also taken care of entertainment. But the main advantage of daily cottage rentals is the rest in the company of your own group, separate from others. You can rent a house with a sauna and a private small pool, a yard with a gazebo and barbecue area, which only you will use.
